What is included?
The complete system: a receiver with earphones for every participant, a transmitter with lapel microphone for the guide, and delivery and collection in Madrid. Nothing else to pay, except a charging case for rentals over 48 hours.
Is delivery included?
Yes. We deliver and collect the equipment at the address in Madrid you choose: your hotel, meeting point, museum entrance, office or venue.
How many people can you equip?
We have 72 receivers and 4 transmitters, so we can equip groups of up to 72 people, or several groups at once, each with its own guide and channel.
Are tour guide systems mandatory at the Prado Museum?
Yes. The Prado requires a group guiding system (microphone and earphones) for group visits, except for students under 18 and 9–10 am visits. Groups must have 8 to 30 people, guide included.
Can I rent for several days?
Yes. We have rates for 2, 3 and 4 days, 1, 2 and 3 weeks and 1 month. Rentals longer than 48 hours require a charging case (€70 per case of 24 units).
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit. The equipment is the client's responsibility during the rental. Loss or damage is charged as follows (excl. VAT): receiver: €75; transmitter: €150; transmitter microphone: €30; case without charging system: €400; charging system: €700.
Do you invoice foreign agencies?
Yes. We regularly work with agencies, DMCs, study abroad programmes and companies from Spain and abroad, and invoice them directly. Payment is by bank transfer.
